Thank you for considering our solar panel services. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our relationship with you:

• Installation: We will install the solar system in accordance with the agreed-upon design and specifications. The installation process may take several days to complete, and we will keep you informed of the progress throughout the process.
• Payment: You agree to pay us the full amount of the contract price upon completion of the installation. Payment can be made by check, credit card, or electronic transfer.
• Warranty: We provide a warranty for the solar panels and inverters for a period of 25 years. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or accidents.
• Maintenance: We will provide maintenance services for the solar system upon request. Routine maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal performance of the solar panels.
• Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the installation of the solar system after the contract has been signed, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred up to that point.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the installation takes place.
• Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the installation or use of the solar system, including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential damages.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the installation or use of the solar system.
• Termination: We may terminate the contract if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions herein.
• Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
